Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Food Products

As food items are perishable in nature, no returns or exchanges are allowed once delivered.

Refunds will only be provided if:

  • The product is damaged or spoiled
  • The wrong product is delivered

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos). After verification, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.


Holi Color Products

Returns or exchanges are allowed only in case of:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong items delivered

Requests should be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.


No Return or Refund Will Be Given If:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase
  • The product is used or opened
  • The issue is reported late
  • The product is damaged due to customer handling

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
